Our fee scales in as your funding does.
We know the hardest grant to win is the first one, and that starting out you have nothing spare to gamble. So when you have nothing secured, you pay nothing. Our fee only begins as funding begins, on a sliding scale from 12.5% down to 5%, and never before the money has reached your account. If a decision takes six months, so does our invoice.
Funding secured under management
We track every dollar we secure for you as your funding secured under management, and we keep supporting it through reporting and renewals. The larger a grant, the lower our rate on it: 12.5% under $10,000, 10% to $50,000, 7.5% to $100,000, and 5% above that.
The money is always yours and always in your account. Under management means the funding we have secured and continue to support, never funds we hold. Our fee is invoiced to you once a grant is banked and paid from your unrestricted funds, never taken from the grant itself.

Not every organisation is a fit, and we'd rather tell you that at the start than take you on and waste your time. If we don't think we can win you funding, we'll say so.
No funding means no invoice. Ever.
There is no cost to apply, no cost while you wait on a decision, and no cost if an application is unsuccessful. You will never receive an invoice for a grant we did not win. Not at the time, not later.
And if it turns out we are not the right fit for each other, everything we have made for you is yours to keep and use however you like.
We would rather you walked away better resourced than out of pocket. Our fee only ever comes out of funding that actually arrives.
